Our Customer's Validation Process:

1. Select software from reliable suppliers
2. Setup internal procedures and documentation for qualification activities
   
3. IQ – Installation Qualification: Has the software been installed correctly?
   
4. OQ – Operational Qualification: Is the software operating correctly?
   
5. PQ – Performance Qualification: Is your data analysis process effective and reproducible?

REvolution's Role in Your Validation Process

A customer working in a regulated environment needs to validate their procedures and processes, and to have confidence that the software which they use is compliant with their validation efforts. REvolution Computing can help in three ways:

1. Internal Procedures:REvolution meets the requirements of a reliable supplier in this environment. In other words, we are ready for a supplier audit: we have all of the procedures AND documentation of procedures in place in our development environment. This can be divided into two categories:
   • Documenting and following our Standard Operating Procedures.
     
   • Creating and maintaining life-cycle documents for each product we produce.
     
     
2. Supplier Audits:When we use code or software from others, we need to be able to show that we have done an appropriate supplier audit. The most obvious example of this is open source R. We have a supplier assessment of the R Foundation development process, and the R Foundation provides its own document outlining its processes.
   
   
3. IQ,OQ,PQ: We can help our customers validate REvolution R Enterprise in their environment. We can provide templates for the IQ and OQ processes and documents. We can provide training to help them use the software correctly.
