ParallelR 2.0 Included with REvolution R Enterprise 2.0: Open-source distributed/parallel computing with R

REvolution R Enterprise includes multithreaded math libraries that transparently take advantage of SMP threading on multicore systems. The benefit to many computationally-intensive algorithms can be substantial. However, some high-level R language functions like loops and apply-style operations cannot directly use threads. Parallel R makes it easy for R programs to exploit multiple cores, and with the same code, scale out across clusters.
